Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has been so impressed with his new squad that he thinks it is impossible to pick a best starting XI.
The Italian is in the United States with the club ahead of their opening preseason games, which will be Ancelotti's first in charge of the Blues.
The former Milan boss has been delighted with the strength-in-depth he has found upon arriving at Stamford Bridge.
"I don't want to choose my first team," Ancelotti told the press ahead of today's friendly against MLS side Seattle Sounders.
"I think Chelsea is a great team because it has 25 great players, and for me it is impossible to choose the first team. I want 25 players that can play well for Chelsea."
Ancelotti also declared his admiration for the work ethic at the club, something that has taken him by surprise, especially when comparing training routines to those of clubs in his native Italy.
He continued, "Most important, I found a very good team with quality, and a very good mental attitude to the job.
"They work and concentrate very hard. I like [this] and, for me, it is a surprise because I didn't think [I'd] find this situation. I am very happy [with] this because teamwork is the most important thing to win.
"The training is very hard, different to Italy. Here the players run very hard and this is also a surprise for me."
