Chelsea Manager Ancelotti Will Not Move For Milan Pair Gattuso & Seedorf - Report

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti will not be returning to former club Milan in the transfer market to pluck ageing midfielders Clarence Seedorf and Gennaro Gattuso away from the San Siro, according to The Telegraph.Ancelotti is yet to take up the mantle of full-time Blues boss - he will officially takeover the position on July 1 - but the British broadsheet believes that when the Italian enters the transfer market, moves for the three-time Champions League winning Dutchman and the World Cup winning Italian will be off the table.

Deep-lying playmaker Andrea Pirlo was not mentioned in the report but has received the blessing of national coach Marcello Lippi to make the move to Premier League giants Chelsea.

When probed as to whether a £20 million transfer would jeopardise Pirlo's inclusion with the Azzurri, Lippi riposted earlier in the month, "It wouldn't be a problem, regardless of where he plays.

"A flight from London to Rome is like a flight from Milan to Rome."

The Blues have also been linked with Argentinean starlet Sergio Aguero, Valencia hotshot David Villa and Bayern Munich attacker Franck Ribery.
